I have over 25 years of expertise in leading Digital Transformation initiatives. Having a strong technical base, coupled with a customer-centric approach and a background in commerce, along with expertise in Agile methodologies, I have proven, replicable experience in driving business value.
I first started my digital journey by authoring the e2e DVLA Customer Multichannel Solution Architecture and served as the technical team leader for the car tax system we use today. I have continued to transform businesses, most recently by winning the contract for Go.Compare by enabling the transition from Lead to Customer focussed company.
Additionally, over the past seven years, I've honed my skills in influencing C-suite executives on leveraging technology to disrupt and drive business value. The success of my influencing skills can be seen in the successful launch of LBG Citra Living. My core competencies include:
